Le technostress dans les soins infirmiers périopératoires : une préoccupation constante

Le présent article traite des répercussions des technologies sur les tâches de soins infirmiers périopératoires, ainsi que de l’émergence d’un phénomène appelé « technostress ». Nous récapitulerons tout d’abord le débat actuel sur les différences entre la technicité et l’aspect humain des pratiques infirmières. Nous verrons ensuite les répercussions des avancées technologiques sur les tâches de soins infirmiers, en insistant sur l’émergence du technostress. Enfin, nous terminerons par quelques recommandations pour l’approfondissement de la recherche à ce sujet.
