Analyse d’études de cas sur les perceptions des infirmières quant aux différentes stratégies éducatives pour l’apprentissage des compétences non techniques en soins périopératoires

Les salles d’opération sont des environnements interprofessionnels complexes. Les infirmières doivent s’assurer de la sécurité des patients en usant de compétences efficaces et avancées en communication et travail d’équipe, d’une expertise en gestion des tâches et d’un sens du risque ciblé pour ce qui est de toute l’activité peropératoire au fur et à mesure que les situations progressent. Cette analyse examine les lacunes dans la littérature relativement à quelles stratégies éducatives les infirmières considèrent comme efficaces pour l’apprentissage des compétences non techniques dans le cadre des programmes hybrides actuels dans les collèges. Les conclusions contribuent à l’éducation en soins périopératoires et à l’enseignement des compétences non techniques.
