Abstract

The introduction of a new. procedure into the operating room is always a challenge that requires careful planning and teamwork. This article describes the pathophysiology of Hirschsprung’s Disease, the perioperative nursing care required and the operative tech- nique of the Laparoscopic Swenson Pull- Through Procedure.
